"Body & Soul" is my third album with The Amberjax and it's music represents the hope that exists despite the terrible times and darkness that surrounds us collectively and as individuals.

Several of the tracks are dark, some with happy endings and some without, but most importantly it's the third part of my journey as a artist and songwriter.
